How do I change my password?
Click on your username in the upper right hand corner of any page. The account page will give you the option of changing your password.

How do I make changes to saved borrowed item?
Double click the item you'd like to change on your card, make changes on the right hand side then click the "Save" button.

How do I add a new borrowed item?
From the Manage page, click the "+add item" link. Then fill out the Borrower Name and email - Enter in the Item Information and Description Ð type in or select from the calendar a desired due date Ð then fill out the Reminder Preferences and finally click the "Submit" button.

What do I do when an item has been returned?
Double click the returned item. Click the "+delete item" link.

What do I do if I don't think I'll get my borrowed item back?
Double click the returned item. Click the "+report lost" link.

What if I'm having a technical problem?
If you're having any techincal difficulties click the "Contact us" link (in the footer) and shoot us an email.

What if I forget my password?
From the log in page click the "Forgot my password." link, fill in your email address and you'll receive a reminder.
